Woman Swallowed By Delaware River After Pushing Child To Safety, Authorities Say

A woman jumped into the Delaware River near Amico Island Park in Riverside to rescue a struggling girl, managing to push the child to safety before going underwater and not resurfacing. Multiple agencies including the Camden County Dive Team and New Jersey State Police responded to search for her.
