Warren Co. Child Predator Arrested Months After Police Tip Off, Officials Say

David L. James, 56, of Blairstown, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child following a months-long investigation. The case began in July after Phillipsburg police received a tip about a child being sexually abused, and authorities say James and the victim were known to each other.
