Vineland Woman Who Fatally Ran Over Girlfriend Guilty Of Homicide
A Vineland woman, Breanna Rowley, was convicted of first-degree homicide after a jury found she intentionally drove her car into her 21-year-old girlfriend, Caroline Bump, killing her on a Millville road in October 2024.
