This NJ University Ranked Among World’s Best By US News

Princeton came in at No. 14 on U.S. News & World Report’s 2026-2027 Best Global Universities list, which evaluated more than 2,250 schools across 100-plus countries based on research output and academic reputation. The ranking is dominated by U.S. and U.K. schools at the top, with Harvard, MIT, and Stanford holding down the first three spots.
