The good news for your wallet: the National Retail Federation says 52 percent of adults are keeping costs down by repurposing items, and most of these looks can be pulled together from your closet, a thrift store, and a hot glue gun. Top Gun, Ted Lasso, and Michael Jackson are also making the rounds this year.
