Sussex County Driver In Fatal Dump Crash Slapped With Homicide Charges: Cops

A dump truck driver has been charged with vehicular homicide in connection with a June crash on Route 23 in Franklin Borough that killed 40-year-old Katherine VanAllen of Newton and injured a child passenger. Sebastian Zapata, 36, of Sussex, was arrested on September 21 and is being held at the Morris County Correctional Facility pending court proceedings.
