Somerset County Lawyer Charged In Fatal Drunken Crash in NY: Reports

A Somerset attorney, Shannon Theodore, 36, has been charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated after a fatal wrong-way crash on Staten Island’s West Shore Expressway on October 10. The head-on collision killed 66-year-old Duck Park, a home health aide, and a second driver involved in the multi-vehicle crash was also charged with DWI.
