Serial Car Burglar In North Jersey Arrested, Police Say

A Paterson man is facing serious charges after allegedly stealing airbags from at least 23 cars across the city, with the investigation kicking off in April after police noticed a pattern of missing airbags. Antony Arlequin-Salcedo, 27, was arrested in New York City and now faces 23 counts of third-degree theft and 22 counts of third-degree burglary, each carrying a potential three to five year prison sentence and fines up to $15,000.
