Erin Piacenti, a 32-year-old Chester woman and new mother, was stabbed to death in a random attack at Times Square on Monday, her first day back at work after maternity leave. A fundraiser for her five-month-old daughter Madison has raised more than $480,000 from over 5,000 donors in less than 48 hours.
