Passaic Co. Man Forced Himself Onto Girlfriend's 80-Year-Old Mother, Cops Say

A Hawthorne man, John Schweininger, 54, has been charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault and related offenses after police say he sexually assaulted his girlfriend’s 80-year-old mother while the girlfriend was out. The assault was captured on a Ring camera, prompting an immediate 911 call; Schweininger was arrested four days later and faces up to 35 years in prison if convicted.
