North Jersey Man Sexually Assaulted Child

Victor Torres, 60, of Hackettstown has pleaded guilty to multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault and related charges for abusing a child under 13 in 2022. He faces up to 25 years to life in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced later this summer.
