North Jersey Man Planned Terror Attack For ISIS, Feds Say

A Wayne man has been arrested on federal charges after allegedly conspiring to support ISIS, including discussing potential attacks on a National Guard location and a Jewish place of worship in New Jersey. Mohamed Sagha, 22, is also accused of purchasing a VPN for someone he believed to be an ISIS operative and teaching them how to use it to avoid detection online.
