Nor'easter Tears Through Jersey Shore
A nor’easter swept through New Jersey over the weekend, bringing wind gusts over 50 mph, coastal flooding, and widespread power outages that hit Jersey Shore communities especially hard. The storm caused at least one death, multiple rescues at flooded motels in Egg Harbor Township, electrical fires in Rumson, and damage to businesses including the Lobster House in Cape May, which remains only partially open.
