NJ School Official Caught Peeping Into Neighbor's Bedroom Window, Police Say

The athletic director for Hopewell Valley Regional School District, Winfield “Tripp” Becker, has been charged in Pennsylvania with loitering, prowling, and summary harassment after surveillance video allegedly caught him peering into a neighbor’s bedroom window on Aug. 6. Becker self-reported the charges to the district as required by board policy and has been placed on administrative leave, with the superintendent noting the incident has no connection to students or district activities.
