NJ's First County Clerk AI Service Launches In Morris County, Officials Say

Morris County just made history as home to New Jersey’s first county clerk AI assistant, a 24/7 virtual tool that can field questions about passports, property records, elections, business registrations and more without putting anyone on hold. County Clerk Ann Grossi says the goal is to make government more accessible, and officials were quick to note the system is designed to complement staff, not replace them.
