NJ Property Tax Relief Applications Are Open: How To Get Paid

New Jersey’s property tax relief applications are now open, covering the ANCHOR program (up to $1,750 for senior homeowners), Senior Freeze, and Stay NJ, with the first payments expected to roll out in September. Most existing ANCHOR applicants will be refiled automatically, but newcomers, seniors on Social Security disability, and anyone claiming Senior Freeze or Stay NJ benefits need to file on their own before the November 2 deadline.
