A 72-year-old West Milford violin instructor, John W. Bendzak, was arrested on August 12 and charged with child endangerment and stalking after allegedly sending sexual messages to a 17-year-old student, instructing them to delete the exchanges, and making repeated unwanted physical advances during lessons.
