NJ Mom Sues Gentlemen's Club After Son's Death

A New Jersey mother is suing Silk Gentlemen’s Club in Passaic and its owner after her 26-year-old son, Matthew Flores, was struck and killed in a hit-and-run outside the establishment in August 2024. The lawsuit alleges the club continued serving alcohol to the driver, Edinson Polo Jr., despite visible signs of intoxication, and that Polo fled the scene after striking Flores, who died in the hospital six days later.
