NJ Man Kills 2 Teens, Flees Scene Of Delaware Crash, Police Say

Two 17-year-olds from Townsend, Delaware were struck and killed while walking an e-bike along Dupont Parkway early Saturday morning, and the driver, 23-year-old Nizaiah Ellis of Newfield, NJ, initially stopped but then fled the scene. Ellis was located shortly after, still driving south on the same road, and was taken into custody and charged with two felony counts of leaving the scene of a collision resulting in death.
