A fight on Main Street in Franklin Borough left a man unconscious with head trauma after Robert Terzano, 34, allegedly punched him and he fell onto the pavement. Terzano fled the scene but later turned himself in and now faces a third-degree aggravated assault charge, with a court appearance pending in Sussex County.
