NJ Man In The Running For ‘Most Benevolent Beard in America’
Brian Schwartz, a Wayne nonprofit founder whose organization connects volunteers with seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities for free yard work, is a top-five finalist in Wahl’s Benevolent Beards Contest. A win would net him $5,000 personally and a $20,000 donation to his charity, I Want To Mow Your Lawn Inc., which has logged over 10,000 assistance requests across all 50 states since launching during the pandemic. Public voting is open now, and Schwartz has promised that if the Wahl Mobile Barbershop comes to town, he’ll arrange for lawns to get mowed while hair gets trimmed.
