NJ Man Charged In Disabled Daughter’s Killing Had Mental Health Issues, Court Docs Show

Dennis Hall, 71, of Franklin Township has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his non-verbal, disabled daughter Devin Hall, 40, after he admitted to strangling her on June 11. Court documents show he had a history of mental illness and was being treated for depression, and he is currently held at Salem County Jail awaiting a pretrial detention hearing.
