NJ Man Bit, Kicked ICE Officers During Clash At ICE Prison, Authorities Say

A 26-year-old Madison man, Brendan John Geier, was charged with assaulting federal officers after biting two ICE agents and kicking a third during a late-night protest outside Newark’s Delaney Hall immigration detention facility on May 29. Geier was one of 21 people arrested outside the facility between May 26 and May 29, and he was released with location monitoring, a curfew, and a ban from returning to Delaney Hall.
