NJ Lt. Governor Sexually Harassed Staff, Must Resign, Sherrill Says
Gov. Mikie Sherrill has called on Lt. Gov. Dale Caldwell to resign by Friday after an independent investigation substantiated findings that he sexually harassed female staffers, including making inappropriate comments and repeatedly attempting to secure a promotion for a romantic partner. The report, conducted by former NJ Attorney General Christopher Porrino, also found that Caldwell brought uninvited guests to ticketed events at no cost to himself on at least seven occasions, violating state ethics rules.
