NJ Boy, 3, In Critical Condition After Pool Drowning: Police

A 3-year-old boy from Warren County is in critical condition after a pool drowning incident in Hackettstown on Thursday evening. He was given CPR by bystanders before police arrived, then airlifted by helicopter to Morristown Medical Center for treatment.
