New Pilates Studio, Sauna Opens In Downtown Morristown

Downtown Morristown has a new wellness destination at 70 Speedwell Avenue, where STRONG Pilates and SWTHZ (pronounced “sweathouse”) held a ribbon-cutting this week. STRONG offers high-intensity, low-impact classes on specialty machines like the Rowformer and Rideformer, while next-door SWTHZ covers the recovery side with private infrared sauna and cold plunge suites, a beauty bar, and vitamin C showers. Basically, you can torch it and fix it all in one stop.
