Four affordable apartments are opening at Cannon House Apartments on Ridgedale Avenue this fall, with monthly rents ranging from $567 to $1,597 depending on unit size and income category. Interested residents must submit a preliminary application through Affordable Homes New Jersey and join the waiting list by Nov. 23 to enter the lottery, and those who live or work in Essex, Morris, Union, or Warren counties get priority.
