Multiple Shore Drownings, Woman Falls 10 Stories Down Trash Chute: NJ Weekend

A difficult weekend across New Jersey included two drownings at the Shore, a boy shot and killed in Elizabeth, and a woman rescued after falling at least 10 stories down an apartment building trash chute in Hackensack. A house fire also destroyed a Route 9 home in Bayville, and six people were arrested during a protest outside the Delaney Hall immigration detention center in Newark.
