Morristown Nonprofit Collecting Winter Coats Ahead Of Giveaway

Market Street Mission is collecting new and gently used coats, hats, gloves, and scarves throughout October ahead of its free Coat Giveaway on Nov. 7 (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) on the Morristown Green. Donations can be dropped off at the Mission’s thrift store at 25 George St. (Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., except Wednesdays), and last year the organization handed out nearly 3,000 coats across its three locations.
