Morristown Medical's Emergency Dept. Wins Prestigious Award

The Sameth Emergency Department at Morristown Medical Center has won the Emergency Nurses Association’s Lantern Award for the third time, joining 125 other emergency departments honored nationwide in 2026. The department treats more than 110,000 patients a year and operates within a Level 1 Trauma Center, so the hat trick feels well-earned.
