Morris Plains Shopping Center Under Contract For $60.5M Sale

Briarcliff Commons, the Route 10 shopping center anchored by Kohl’s and Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace, is under contract to sell for $60.5 million as current owner Urban Edge Properties continues shuffling its portfolio. The buyer hasn’t been identified, and Urban Edge hasn’t said whether existing tenants at the nearly 180,000-square-foot center will see any changes once the deal closes.
