Morris Co. Man Bit, Kicked ICE Officers During Delaney Hall Clash: Feds

A Madison man, Brendan John Geier, 26, faces federal charges after allegedly kicking one ICE officer and biting two others during a protest outside Newark’s Delaney Hall immigration detention facility on May 29. He was one of 21 people arrested outside the facility between May 26 and May 29, and has since been released with location monitoring, a curfew, and a ban from returning to Delaney Hall.
