Man Sexually Assaulted Manchester Girl After Snapchat Talks, Prosecutor Says

A 24-year-old Neptune City man has been charged with sexually assaulting a Manchester girl under the age of 13 after contacting her through Snapchat and exchanging explicit messages. Authorities believe there are additional victims and are asking anyone with information to contact the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit at 732-506-5323.
