Man Peered Into Morris Co. Apartment Window, Police Say

A Budd Lake man was arrested after a patrolling officer caught him peering into an occupied apartment window at a local complex on September 8. Dylan Martell, 29, who had a prior trespassing history at the property, was charged with criminal trespass and is being held at the Morris County Correctional Facility.
