Impaired Driver Kills Man In Passaic County, Officials Say

A man was struck and killed by a vehicle driven by an alleged drunk driver Sunday night at the intersection of 23rd Avenue and Trenton Avenue in Paterson. Roniel Arias, 25, of Paterson has been charged with driving under the influence, and additional charges are possible as the investigation continues.
