Immigrant Attacks ICE Agents With Hammer In Gibbsboro, DOJ Says

A 27-year-old Honduran man was arrested in Gibbsboro after grabbing a hammer from a tool container in his truck and swinging it at two ICE agents who were attempting to detain him. Officers used OC spray to subdue him, and no agents were injured; Reinieri De Jesus Licona Amador now faces federal charges that carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
