Iconic Horror Prequel, Filmed In North Jersey, Gets Teaser

A24’s “Crystal Lake,” the long-awaited “Friday the 13th” prequel series, has dropped its first teaser ahead of its October 15 debut on Peacock. The show filmed in Warren County, returning to the same North Jersey stomping grounds as the 1980 original, and centers on Jason’s killer mom Pamela (played by Linda Cardellini) in the events that set the whole bloody saga in motion.
