ICE Seeking Alleged NJ Child Abductor, Abuser, Officials Say

A Warren County man, Lester Noe Perez-Amador, has been charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl after police say he entered her bedroom through an unsecured window before 3 a.m. and carried her to nearby train tracks. The six-year-old was found walking home alone about an hour later and required surgery; Perez-Amador, who admitted to the crimes, is now in custody and faces an ICE detainer as well as charges that carry a maximum sentence of life in prison.
