ICE May Be Illegally Using Morris Co. Warehouse For Operations, AG Says

The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office says ICE may be violating a federal court order by conducting operations at a Roxbury Township warehouse it was told to leave alone, after a U.S. District Court ruling in May barred the agency from converting the site into an immigration detention facility. The AG’s office says it is reviewing reports of increased ICE activity at the warehouse and will take action if the court order is being ignored, while DHS is declining to comment due to the ongoing litigation.
