ICE Arrests US Citizen In NJ, Locks Him In Cell, Feds Say

A Passaic County man who is a US citizen was detained by ICE for five hours last week after a confrontation during an immigration arrest in the area. ICE says Brandon Domena spit toward an agent and kicked an officer, while Domena says he was thrown to the ground, left without water or phone access, and that an agent later apologized to him.
