ICE Agent Arrested For DUI After Chaotic Bar Fight, Morris County Police Say

An off-duty ICE agent, Michael Sclafani, was arrested for DUI after a late-night bar brawl in Jefferson left him pulling his government SUV into the middle of the road with emergency lights flashing, slurring his words, and falsely claiming to be a police officer. Officers later found his service weapon, ICE credentials, and a mix of empty and full beer bottles in the vehicle, and he was charged with DUI, reckless driving, open container, and refusal to submit a breath sample.
