Drivers on I-287 through Hanover and Morris Township should expect overnight lane closures this weekend, with two southbound lanes shutting down Friday night (8 p.m. to 9 a.m. Saturday) and two northbound lanes closing Saturday night (8 p.m. to 9 a.m. Sunday). The work is part of a $17.5 million federally funded project to replace the bridge deck on the Hanover Avenue overpass, with right shoulders in both directions staying closed through November 2027 and full construction wrapping up in Spring 2028.
