Gov. Sherrill Is Selling Her $3.5M Home In Montclair With Sports Court, Hot Tub

Gov. Mikie Sherrill has listed her Montclair home at 176 South Mountain Avenue for $3.49 million, after she and her family moved to Drumthwacket, the official governor’s residence in Princeton. The 1865 Empire Victorian sits on over an acre and comes loaded with six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a lighted sports court, a hot tub, and smart home technology. Sherrill and her husband bought the place back in 2010 for $1,675,000, so the asking price represents quite a jump.
