A 35-acre Mount Olive property with nearly a century of nudist resort history has sold for $1.35 million after six months on the market. The sprawling estate includes a 10-bedroom Victorian home from the 1820s, an Olympic-sized pool, campsite areas, and RV hookups, and the new owners plan to convert it into a wellness retreat (which, depending on your definition, may or may not continue the property’s clothing-optional traditions).
