Former Morristown Official, Punk Rock Pioneer, Artist, Dies

Tim Jackson, a former Morristown Council member who served from 1996 to 2007 and played drums in the early New York punk scene alongside Blondie’s Debbie Harry and Chris Stein, died Monday at the age of 77. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Kellogg Club, 25 Colles Avenue in Morristown.
