Fake Cop Tried To Kidnap NJ Woman During Traffic Stop, Authorities Say

A Wayne man is charged with attempted kidnapping after pulling over a woman on Route 80 in Roxbury while posing as a police officer, handcuffing her, and telling her she was under arrest. The victim managed to slip the cuffs and flee, and Julio D. Estrada-Mogollon, 36, was arrested at his home on May 12 and is now held in Morris County Jail.
