Fake Bank Employees Try To Bilk NJ Woman Out Of Thousands

Two men were arrested after scammers convinced a South Jersey woman to withdraw $25,000 in cash by posing as Wells Fargo security employees warning her about a computer virus on the bank’s network. Police helped the woman string the scammers along when they called back demanding another $30,000, and officers were waiting at her door when MD N. Islam and Mohammad Z. Islam showed up to collect.
