East Brunswick Student, 15, Dies In Lake Michigan Drowning

Taha Badar, a 15-year-old from East Brunswick, drowned Monday while swimming in Lake Michigan near Michigan City, Indiana, in an area where lifeguards had posted red flags due to large waves and strong rip currents. East Brunswick Public Schools will have counseling and support services available at Churchill Junior High School on August 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
