Dad Killed Defending Daughter Was On Meth, Report Says

Louis Serbeck, 54, died after being beaten with a metal baseball bat and flashlight by a father and son when he went to confront them about an assault on his daughter. A court hearing revealed that Serbeck had methamphetamine in his system and underlying heart disease, which a judge said probably contributed to his death alongside the blunt force trauma.
