Child Killed In Tractor-Trailer Crash On The Turnpike

A child riding in the rear seat of a Subaru was killed early Tuesday morning after a Freightliner tractor-trailer struck the vehicle from behind on the New Jersey Turnpike in East Windsor Township. The drivers of the Subaru and the tractor-trailer were hospitalized with moderate injuries, and the crash remains under investigation.
